Blair Darling
My journey to multifamily property syndication started with an enduring sense of complacency. As an Equine caretaker for the last three decades, the tenets of diligence and perseverance have been second nature to me. However, it was the yearning to acquire fresh knowledge and implement innovative strategies to provide value to people and my family that impelled me to wholeheartedly embrace this enriching pursuit.
I take immense pride in my roles as a committed husband and a devoted father to two remarkable and amazing children, one of whom is my valued partner, Max Darling. Along with his like-minded and equally driven best friend Abdul Ciise, we aspire to forge a legacy characterized by opportunities and trust, a legacy that will evoke a sense of pride in all those associated with it.
Abdul Ciise
My journey began with humble beginnings. Arriving in America from Somalia with my family of 8 with nothing but dreams and determination, we were faced with the stark reality of rebuilding our lives from scratch. However, the adversities we encountered in Somalia and the amazing leadership from my parents had molded me into a person with an unshakable belief in the power of hard work.
Growing up in a four bedroom and one bathroom house with 5 siblings, I quickly realized the importance of financial stability and generational wealth. I spent my young adult life trying to find a financial path that would allow my family a secure financial future. With this vision in mind, I embarked on a path of learning and growth within the multifamily real estate industry with Max and Blair Darling.
My commitment to this mission extends beyond financial gains. My parents overcame mountains and rivers to give their children a safe environment to grow up in. I can’t let them down by living a mediocre life. Their legacy of facing adversity and defeating it with impeccable virtue inspires me to leave a legacy that motivates my children to become their greatest self.
Max Darling
I grew up in an incredibly supportive family environment, which had a profound impact on my upbringing. My character was shaped by a set of fundamental values that have left a permanent impression on me. These values encompass discipline, extreme commitment, honorable integrity, stoic resilience, personal accountability, and a resolute dedication to kindness.
My aspiration transcends mere personal ambition; it is my destiny to attain both time and financial liberation. However, this ambition is not limited to my own gain; it extends to the prosperity of future generations within my family and anyone fortunate enough to join me on this journey.
In the words of a sagacious man, "A person's worth is measured by the lives they touch, not the wealth they amass." This belief drives me relentlessly through life, instilling a commitment to making a profound impact on the lives of those around me.
